When a customer calls a business number powered by Missed Call AI, we collect the caller's phone number as provided by the telephone carrier. We also collect the content of SMS messages exchanged during the automated conversation.
The phone number and message content collected are used solely to facilitate the missed call text-back service on behalf of the business you contacted. This includes sending an automated SMS response to your missed call and logging the interaction in a secure spreadsheet accessible only to the business owner.
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with any third parties for marketing purposes. Your information is only shared with the specific business whose number you called, and with Twilio (our SMS delivery provider) solely for the purpose of message delivery.
Call and message logs are retained for up to 90 days. Business owners may delete their logs at any time by contacting us at mproctobusiness@gmail.com.
You may opt out of receiving further messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. For help, reply HELP.
